SCHOLARSHIPS
Are you interested in creating a scholarship to honor a loved one, creating a lasting legacy scholarship via an endowment or helping an MGSD graduate with the next step in their education? The MGEF can help you create a scholarship to accomplish any of these goals. We work with donors in establishing a scholarship(s) by:
· Determining the goal of the scholarship
· Helping to establish the amount of the scholarship
· Potentially collecting funding for the scholarship via the MGEF website
· Managing the money received for scholarship funding
· Working with the donors to establish the criteria used for selecting recipient
· Presenting the scholarship to the recipient at Senior Recognition night
· Distribution of funding to the recipient
· Distribution of any thank you correspondence from recipient back to donor
